Journalists assure that so impressive sum “has got lost” among the numerous orders, received by the American companies, close to administration of the president of the USA. These firms and enterprises delivered the diversified goods to Iraq and sent for work of experts of various categories.
In the proof of the words mass-media representatives cite data that today in various courts of the USA more than 70 affairs about the corruption are being carried out, the means raised in connection with no-purpose expenditure allocated for Iraq. However, authors of investigation declare, that in suit such representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the USA frequently interfere, putting pressure on justice.
According to the mass-media recourses during long-term plunders not only the Iraq officials, but also the American companies, whom costs due to overestimate of the services have repeatedly increased the profits, enriched on billions dollars.

Earlier plunders, connected with the program “Oil in exchange for the foodstuffs”, which was carried out by the United Nations Organization since 1996 till 2003, took place. Within the limits of this project Iraq was authorized to sell the certain quantity of extracted oil and to buy food stuffs, medicines, other humanitarian production, on the received means and also to pay reparations after the Kuwaiti campaign.
