European Union enters new restrictions in Internet. Ministers of Justice of community have approved introduction of punishment for instigation to terrorism in a world wide web.
According to new rules courts of the EU countries-participants can require Internet-providers to close web-sites, which contain terrorism instigation. As a whole, officials have been adjusted quite rigidly, having declared the Internet “virtual training platform for insurgents”, which is used for inspiration and mobilization of groups of people in the different countries.
Nevertheless, organization’s members and representatives of northern European countries have achieved such formulation of this rule of law, which specifies that the law will not be used for suppression of self-expression freedom.
However, ministers have also coordinated the plan of measures on restriction of illegal circulation of explosive, which can come into the hands of terrorists. Within the limits of this campaign it is planned to adjust an early warning system where data about the stolen explosives and detonators will act.
