Explosion in the bus in Tolyatti: 8 people are killed; more than 50 people are wounded

In Tolyatti on Wednesday morning explosion has thundered in the trip bus. 8 people, including 1 child were killed. Besides 51 people have received burn injury of a various degree, three of them are children.
According to Department of public health services of the Samara region, five adults are delivered into the center, 41 - in hospital N2 of Tolyatti. At explosion victims have received basically craniocereberal traumas, and also contusions. Thus four wounded men are in the dangerous state, now they on an operational table.
Explosion in the trip bus has thundered today at 8:17 a.m. on local time in the Central area of city, on a crossroads of streets. The blast wave has beat out glasses on the first and second floors of the located nearby house. Some tenants of the house have also addressed for medical help.
Eyewitnesses of morning explosion inform that an explosive has been, probably, filled by metal balls. About it speaks character of wounds, which were received by passengers. 
Many students have suffered in result of explosion. 17 pupils and some teachers of the Tolyatti institute are hospitalized.    
 


Explosion in suburb of Paris: 35 victims

Powerful explosion has thundered in a residential building in small town Bondy to northeast from the French capital. On preliminary data, 35 people have suffered from the incident.
On the specified data, the state of at least 10 victims is indicated as serious. People have burned in result of explosion and during the fire.
As mayor of police has informed, outflow of gas became the reason of explosion. As he said, residential building and restaurant is also damaged.
Under certificates of eyewitnesses, during a fire the height of a flame reached seven meters.
For the last weeks in different cities of the Europe explosions in the apartment houses, connected with outflow of gas have occurred. So, in the Moldavian city of Soroki five people became the victims of similar state of emergency. Explosion has destroyed 6 apartments on the top floors.
 


Turkey and Iraq have not come to agreement

Turkey and Iraq do not plan further negotiations on a situation with Kurdish separatists on border between two countries.
The Iraq governmental delegation, in which representatives of the American command and regional administration of independent Iraq Kurdistan have come, will leave capital of Turkey today.
On the eve Ankara has rejected a number of offers of Minister of Defense of Iraq as these measures are insufficient, and their realization will take too much time.
Today it became known, that acceptance of the final decision concerning intrusion of Turkish armies into Iraq will be postponed before visit of the prime minister of Turkey to the USA on November, 5th, 2007.
Earlier the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey has called Baghdad to undertake urgent and drastic measures on suppression of activity of insurgents from the Kurdish working party. On October, 26th, Iraq official delegation has arrived to Ankara for discussion of joint efforts on struggle against separatists. Baghdad has offered to strengthen existing blockhouses on border and to establish new posts.
The parties have agreed about joint discussion from the USA military measures concerning separatists.

 
 


Iraq will stop oil delivery to Turkey

Iraq will stop oil delivery if Turkey will enter economic blockade of northern areas of the country. Such information has been declared in Damascus by the speaker of Iraq parliament.
The application has been made after negotiations with the president of Syria.
Iraq party has also confirmed that the Syrian authorities have incurred a role of the intermediary in negotiations between Ankara and Baghdad.
Introduction by Turkey of sanctions against the Iraq Kurdistan (if it will occur) will painfully strike on economy of region before a winter season. Many essential commodities, practically all foodstuffs, and also a significant part of the electric power are being delivered from a neighboring country on the local markets.
However, Turkish authorities wish to go on such measure of influence to compel the Iraq authorities to subject to repression insurgents of the Kurdish working party and to force them to stop military confrontation.
 


Bush has called the international community to release Cubans

The president of the USA Georges Bush has called the international community to help Cuban people to become free. He said that the time to support time democratic movement on island has come.
Bush has emphasized that it is high time support people of Cuba, who want freedom. The world should leave in the party of a disagreement and be prepared for transition of Cuba to the free and progressive future.
The US President has assured that today’s dissidents become national leaders and when Cubans at last will find freedom, they will remember who helped them and stood near to them.
Even before Bush’s speech the Cuban leader Fidel Castro has accused the president of the USA of plot with the purpose of capture of Island of Freedom.
In last publication Castro has declared that Bush plans to apply new measures to acceleration of “transition period” in the country that means new capture of Cuba. Fidel Castro also has accused the American president that he “threatens mankind with the Third World War - this time with use of the nuclear weapon”.

 

 


Turkish prime-minister: We can intrude in Iraq at any time

Turkish armies can intrude in Northern Iraq at any time. Such application has been made by the prime minister of country Recep Tayyip Erdogan at joint press conference with the British prime-minister Gordon Brown.
According to Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s words Turkey has the right to take similar measure, as it has been approved by the parliament. However, Turkish prime-minister has declared that at the moment Ankara closely watches development of a situation and hopes for the peace solving of the question.
Ankara and Baghdad have agreed upon joint struggle against Kurdish separatists in the beginning of August, 2007. Turkey repeatedly threatened with application of force to members of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), which use Northern Iraq as jumping-off place for an attack on the objects, located on the Turkish territory.
On October, 17th 2007, Turkish parliament has approved inquiry of the government of the country about intrusion into Iraq for struggle against Kurdish insurgents. In reply to it PKK’s members have attacked Turkish military men at border with Iraq. 13 soldiers were killed and 11 received wounds. The same day the minibus has been blown up. One person was lost, eight have received wounds.
Being afraid of the beginning of the next operations in Iraq, the chapters of Egypt and Jordan have called Ankara to stop military operations.

 


The president of Iraq: Kurdish insurgents do not want war

Kurdish separatists are ready to declare the termination of operations. It can be connected with an increasing pressure in connection with threats of Turkey to intrude in Iraq and to begin war against Kurdish insurgents.
Such application has been by made the president of Iraq Jalal Talabani. The given information has been confirmed in administration of the head of the state later. However, details are not informed.
In turn Turkey is also measured to search for peace ways of Kurdish separatists’ problem solving. Such application has been made by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Turkey. It has been said that Turkey will continue searches of peace decisions of the problem connected with Kurdish insurgents. But if in result they will not manage to solve this question by means of diplomatic methods, they will have to apply force.
On the eve, on October, 21st, Kurdish extremists have attacked Turkish military men near border with Iraq. As Kurdish separatists declare, they have killed 16 and have wounded 20 Turkish soldiers.
In reply to insurgents’ attack Turkish authorities have lead special action during which 32 Kurdish insurgents have been killed. Losses of the Turkish party, on different data, have made from 12 up to 17 soldiers.
The president of the USA Georges Bush has called Kurdish separatists for the immediate termination of terrorist attacks to Turkey.

 


Iran is ready to attack the aggressor with 11 thousand rockets

Iran is ready to launch 11 thousand rockets on enemy bases within the first minute after an attack of the potential enemy. Such application has been made by the head of rocket division of the country.
It has been also mentioned, that the Iranian armed forces are informed on a site of all positions of the potential opponent and in case of attack are ready to answer less than in a minute. Thus it has been named neither concrete bases, nor concrete opponents.
Earlier the president of the USA Georges Bush declared, that the USA work above the salvation of Iranian “nuclear problem” by diplomatic way, however, they do not also exclude other variants of this situation. One of these days it has been noted, that reception of the nuclear weapon by Iran threatens with the third world war.
Loud applications of the American leader surprise nobody. The USA persistently requires the World Community to take the most severe measures across Iran.  Such politicy across Iran has been explained by refusal of Teheran to curtail the nuclear program directed, in opinion of the United States, on creation of the weapon of mass defeat.
Earlier the American mass-media have informed that the administration of the US president discusses plans of possible bombing attack across Iran.


Seven people were killed at explosion in the south of Pakistan

At least seven people were lost on Saturday at explosion of the bus in the south of Pakistan.
Explosion has thundered on road service station in settlement Dera Bugti in a province Beluchistan. The explosive was hidden in the empty parked bus. As the officer of local police has informed, people, who were near the mined car, were killed.
Two days ago in city Karachi terrorists have blown up train come back in the country after exile of ex-prime-minister. At least 140 people were killed in result act of terrorism, more than 500 were wounded. It was one of the bloodiest acts of terrorism for all history of the country.
The president of Pakistan has given the order to special services of the country within 48 hours to give him the detailed official report about a course and results of investigation.
 


Pakistani Ex-Prime-Minister’s convoy has been attacked: 133 people were killed

Convoy of Benazir Bhutto, the ex-Prime Minister of Pakistan, has been attacked on its way from Karachi airport to a welcome rally.
At once two explosions have thundered near former prime-minister’s car.
As it has been informed, Bhutto has not suffered and has reached the residence in Karachi; however, a lot of people, who accompanied her, have suffered. On preliminary data, 133 bodies of victims are revealed on a place of explosion and more than 240 people are wounded.
According to the Pakistan police, one explosion has thundered in immediate proximity from the Bhutto’s car. Then it was followed with second (more powerful) explosion.
It is not excluded, that this attack has political underlying reason - the only in history of Pakistan the woman-prime-minister, who has only returned home after 8-years residing abroad, is going to participate in parliamentary elections. Analysts mark, that she has chances of a victory as significant number of Pakistanis are supporting her.
It is not also excluded, that Bhutto can undergo to prosecution from operating authorities and president. Ex-prime-minister has been sent in resignation from a post in 1996 because of charges in corruption.
