US President Georges Bush considers, that the former Iraq leader Saddam Hussein was going to run from the country with 1 billion dollars shortly before the beginning of American armies’ intrusion. It became known from the stenogram of President Bush’s and Prime Minister José María Aznar’s conversation.
Under American president’s version, except for 1 billion dollars Saddam Hussein also planned to take all documents on the weapon of mass defeat. During US and Spanish leaders’ dialogue on February, 22nd 2003, month prior to the beginning of the American campaign in Iraq, Bush also said that Hussein’s life is under the threat and he could be killed.
Besides, Bush openly spoke about pressure from Washington on the countries entering UN Security Council, for acceptance of the resolution approving intrusion of the American armies to Iraq. So, for example, according to the published document, Bush says that signing of the agreement on free trade from Chile directly depends on a position of Santiago concerning military operation.
The origin of the stenogram is not underlined. The press-secretary of former Spanish prime-minister has not made any comments concerning its authenticity. The official representative of US National Safety Council has also refused to make comments on this message.

The president of the USA Georges Bush has called to make Japan one more constant member of UN Security Council, which is having five countries. Bush has told that the USA “are opened to prospect” expansions of Security Council.
Making speech at UN General Assembly meeting, Bush has also emphasized that they consider, that Japan meets all requirements for constant membership in Security Council and that other countries also can be considered as further candidates.
Let’s remind that the question on expansion of Security Council is being discussed within last decade. Germany, Japan, Brazil and India apply for a constant place in Security Council. However, till now this question remains unsolved. It has not been decided yet how many countries may apply for constant membership in Security Council, what countries need to be made constant members and whether they should have a veto right.
Now the UN Security Council includes 5 constant members, possessing veto right: Russia, the USA, the Great Britain, France and China. Ten more members of the United Nations participate in sessions of Security Council on a rotational basis, being replaced by each two years. Meanwhile the significant part of UN members considers, that the Security Council has ceased to be representative, and its politician is dictated by interests of the developed countries.

The number of refugees inside of Iraq has reached two millions

In the end of August, 2007, has reached record figure in 2 million person Number of the Iraqis, compelled because of incessant violence over the country to leave their houses and to search for refuges in special camps or mosques.
International humanitarian organizations name so mass outcome of the population as “unprecedented humanitarian tragedy in the history of Iraq”.
In comparison with July, 2007, the number of displaced persons in Iraq has increased on 71,1 %. Thus, now most of all refugees are concentrated in Baghdad and its vicinities in proportion one million of immigrants to four million capital inhabitants.
The problem of immigrants from Iraq in neighboring countries and in the countries of the Europe completes the problem of “internal refugees”. The number of such emigrants from the moment of the beginning of the American antiIraq campaign (in 2003) has exceeded two million people. Now in the Syria, Iraq’s neighbor, 1,4 million people are the refugees from Iraq and  in Jordan this number deviates from 500 up to 750 thousand people.
UN Security Council cannot explain the reasons of so prompt growth of number of the compelled immigrants in Iraq in terms, when the Iraq and American militarians declare the serious successes, reached in struggle against illegal armed formations, and also in realization of the plan on normalization of safety measures in the Iraq capital.
Thus UN Security Council call the international community, and in particular, the Arabian countries to provide the maximal help in solving the problem of Iraq refugees and rendering assistance to the compelled immigrants. More than 77 % of refugees are women, children and old men; the majority of them live below the breadline, shortages of the foodstuffs and medicines.
