British authorities have prolonged the arrest of 5 people, suspected in terrorism
The British Office of Public Prosecutor has prolonged of holding in custody of five acts of terrorism suspected of the organization in Glasgow and London for a week term. Meantime the Australian authorities have allowed prolonging till the evening on July, 9th, the arrest of Mohammed Hanif, detained in state of Queensland on suspicion in arrangement to the purpose of the organization of explosions.
According to the investigation, M.Hanif, being in Australia, should carry out the act of terrorism in London, having dialed secret telephone number. The call would put in action the explosive, which has been built in the car, which has been parked at one of night clubs of the British capital.
In general almost 8 people have been arrested in the Great Britain on attempt of fulfillment of terrorist acts: seven of them were arrested in the Great Britain and one - in Australia. Three of them are the doctors-foreigners.
It is worth of mentioning that on June, 29th, the ownerless car, in which there were canisters with gasoline and gas bags, has been found out in the center of London. Besides, the self-made explosive has been strengthened by metal elements. In the same afternoon one more mined car has been found in the British capital. It has been parked in the same area, as the first one. The explosive also consisted of a significant amount of fuel and nails.
