Iran has accused Britain of terrorism support
According to the chapter the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Manouchehr Mottaki, Great Britain supports terrorist groupings in Afghanistan. The given application of the Iranian foreign policy department has followed charges from the prime minister of the Great Britain Tony Blair that Iran supports Afghani terrorist movement “Taliban”.
As the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran has emphasized, T.Blair’s government does not have any justifications to the interventional policy in Near-Eastern region and to constant defeats in Afghanistan and Iraq, therefore, it resorts to so unreasonable charges. Then the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran has added that, carrying out of secret negotiations between representatives of the British command and leaders of the Taliban causes suspicion of that the Great Britain supports carrying out of acts of terrorism in Afghanistan. In M.Mottaki’s opinion, acts of terrorism in Afghanistan play advantage of the justification of policy of the British government. Besides this, M.Mottaki has accused British military men of preparation of terrorists, who carry out acts of terrorism in the south of Iran.
Except for London’s policy in Afghanistan, Iran has ignored all countries of “the big eight “, having scarified their preventions of possible acceptance of new sanctions from UN Security Council for refusal of Iran to stop work on enrichment of uranium. The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran has declared that the application of the countries of “the big eight” contradicts to the will of the international community to resolve the given question by diplomatic negotiations.
