Iran has the right to develop own atomic engineering. Such application was made today with the Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA), Claude Mandil. However the IEA’s Executive Director has noted that, nevertheless, he understands the concern of the West in this occasion.

Earlier the Supreme representative of the European Union (EU) on foreign policy and safety Javier Solana has called the authorities of the USA to carry on direct negotiations with Iran in occasion of the nuclear program. American State Secretary Condoleeza Rice has declared that she does not exclude an opportunity of carrying out of bilateral meetings with the Iranian diplomats during the international conference across Iraq.
The conference will pass in Egypt on May, 4th 2007.
The International Energy Agency has been founded in 1974 under the initiative of the USA because of the energy crisis which has become the consequence of the Arabian-Israeli war 1973.
