Hugo Chavez has named Bush’s policy as a dictatorship
After the President of Venezuela Hugo Chavez has come to power to publish the decrees which are valid the law without approval of the parliament, Georges Bush has expressed concern in deviation from democracy in Venezuela. In reply to these critics Hugo Chavez has declared, that serious threat of world democracy is represented in the dictatorship of the President of the USA.
Hugo Chavez, while making a speech at the conference in Caracas after receiving special powers from the parliament, has publicly named the President of the USA Georges Bush and the chapter of prospecting services of the USA of John Negroponte as military criminals.
According to Chavez’s words, they should face the charges before the court for «war crimes which have been done by the American armies» during various operations.
The Venezuelan president has told that he considers them as criminals who should stay up for life imprisonment.
Let’s remind that recently the leader of Venezuela has ignored the opposition. Such reaction has followed on the comment of the USA in occasion of total nationalization which Hugo Chavez has declared soon after his election for the third term.
Now Hugo Chavez is having emergency powers for 18 months, according to which all the decrees signed by him automatically (without approval of parliament) receive the status of the law. According to the President’s policy it is necessary to lead nationalization of strategic sectors of economy (basically oil extracting and telecommunications), to deprive with independence the Central bank and to abolish the restriction of number of terms of the President’s power.
