According to the latest Israeli investigation board’s data, Teheran is going to provide “Hezbollah” with new rockets, able to reach Israel’s territory targets.
These new rockets are likely to be delivered in course of “Hezbollah” rocket arsenal of tactical missiles of distant radius restoration, destroyed by Israel in the first days of the second Lebanese war.
These missiles have successfully passed tests in 2002 and for the first time have been presented to public on military parade in Teheran in 2003. The Iranian missiles remind the destroyed by Israeli missiles by the structure, however, unlike them, these Iranian missiles have a control system of flight that considerably allows to improve defeat accuracy.
The Iranian missiles have 170-250 kilometers radius of effective destruction. Besides unlike other missiles, the Iranian missiles work on firm fuel, that considerably reduces time of preparation for start (liquid-propellent missiles refuel directly ahead of start, that increases a time of preparation), and reduces a risk of launcher to be found in the air.
And its length is about 8 meters, the diameter is 61 centimeter, and the gross weight is about 3 tons.
According to experts, the accommodation of such missiles on Israeli border will create a significant problem to this country.

“The Iranian case” became more thickness and confused

The Iranian nuclear program is being discussed at a world level for a long time; however each stage of these discussions excites new apprehensions and doubts. Next IAEA inspection   concerning the Iranian industrial and scientific objects considered as potentially dangerous situation. The UN Security Council report on the results of this check will allow to estimate the real purposes of the Iranian nuclear industry and to make the final decision - whether it is necessary to enter sanctions against this country. The official representation of the Iranian nuclear policy documents in Security Council has not occurred yet, but the essence of the report is already discussed by the IAEA directors on a private meeting. The one thin that can’t be objected off is that expectations which were assigned to work of a commission of experts will hardly be justified.
The final estimation has a dual character: on the one hand, inspectors ascertained the non-observance of some the requirements which have been put forward to them from the international community by Teheran; on the other hand, the IAEA experts started up everywhere where they wished to get, and showed all stages of production. Conclusions are, accordingly, too ambiguous. So this means that the process of uranium enrichment (which, is so much criticized by the White House) is being continued, but the IAEI has not felt any resistance or threats from Iran. The ancestral lands of notorious “peace atom” has positively reacted to the text of the report. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has declared it before sending to the UN Security Council and has also remained satisfied with the fact that the nuclear industry of Teheran is “quite peacefully” presented in the text of the document.
Nevertheless the positions of the parties are quite clear as it is understandable that IAEA’s report can’t influence Iran to change or to refuse from their nuclear policy. The Iranian President has already made the official application that his country will not be receded from struggle for the right to nuclear development in the peace purposes. As he said, all necessary proofs of that fact that the nuclear industry of Teheran has not for an object creation of the weapon have been given to the international inspectors. The commission has also received the entire accounts about the use and storage of the nuclear materials involved in a production cycle and laboratory development. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has officially told that if Iran will resist, his opponents will surrender. So, who is to win this game?

The US military operation against Iran can start at any moment

Military operation of the USA against Iran can start at any moment. It goes far beyond destruction of the purposes connected with a nuclear power complex of the country and the weapon of mass destruction. The conventional armaments saved up in region enable the US President Georges Bush within several hours to destroy a political, economic and military infrastructure of Iran.
Some details about the US military actions can be undertaken in case if the opposition concerning the Iranian nuclear program will not be authorized by diplomatic means. As the Air Forces, referring to diplomatic sources, transfers, in this case the plans of the USA go much further than bombing attacks on known and potential nuclear objects.
American soldiers have already designated other possible purposes, including the Iranian military-air and naval bases, objects of air defense, rocket factories and command items.
In the meantime the additional military ships of the USA go to area of Persian Gulf. Washington declares that it has no intention to attack Iran and still tries to convince Teheran to solve the problem by negotiations by diplomatic means. The USA approve, that the nuclear program of Iran is directed on the development of the nuclear weapon. Iran rejects these charges.
Simultaneously high-ranking US officials accuse Iran of supply by the weapon and ammunition of shyiit insurgents in Iraq. However, according to the Iranian president’s words, charges from Washington side are the attempts of the USA to hide their own failures in Iraq. The Iranian President has added, that his country is not afraid of US military powers and that any attack “will be severely punished”. Meanwhile, last week influential congressmen-democrats have warned President Bush, that he does not have necessary powers for declaration of war to Iran.

A number of the Near-Eastern countries secretly support and train “Al-Qaeda” insurgents, hired in Somalia. Such information has been represented in the report UN security experts. According to the data, hundreds of Islamites have been forwarded with assistance of Eritrea from Somalia to Syria and Libya, where special training camps are created. Others have been thrown to Lebanon for struggle on behalf of “Husbullah” grouping.
Besides in the report it is spoken about the military support, rendered by Saudi Arabia and Egypt to terrorists in the Arabian countries which are considered as allies of the Western countries. The UN security experts managed to establish, that Iran has transferred to insurgents 125 portable rocket complexes of “ground-air” class.

The Congress has asked Bush to forget about Iraq

Bush has in a pointed manner ignored the resolution of the Congress condemning sending to Iraq of the American reinforcement. One thousand American infantrymen urgently go to Baghdad. And more than 20 thousand wait for the return. The democratic majority has already prepared the rigid answer to Bush’s policy.
Voting under the so-called anti-war resolution took place in the lower chamber of the US Congress on Friday evening. The document, condemning sending to Iraq of additional armies, has been accepted by the majority of voices: 246 congressmen have voted for the adoption of the document and 182 have voted against it.17 republicans have acted on behalf of the Democratic Party, trying to stop sending the American reinforcement to Iraq. Two legislators-democrats (from Georgia and Mississippi) have gone counter with a party line and have supported the initiative of the president. According to the resolution the Congress does not approve the decision of Georges Bush on additional sending of more than 20 thousand American the soldier to Iraq. However, it is marked in the document that the Congress will continue to support armed forces of the United States.
The resolution of the House of Representatives has recommendatory character; therefore observers did not have doubts, that the White House would ignore this document. On Saturday the representative of the White House has reminded, that the document accepted by congressmen was not obligatory for execution by administration. He has also called legislators to support the American armies in Iraq. According to his words, congressmen should give people in Iraq what they expect from the USA. It was also reminded, that the plan to increase the American contingent in Iraq was supported by the government and multinational forces in Iraq.
Moreover, the information about Pentagon’s intention to accelerate sending of about thousand military men of 3-rd infantry division to Iraq, has occurred. The soldiers would be urgently sent to Baghdad within in course of operation on suppression of antireligious collisions. So, it is obvious that the President’s Administration shows that they are not going to take the legislators’ opinion into account.
It is also obvious that the White House will ignore the similar document which legislators of the upper chamber are going to accept within the next few days. The anti-war resolution will be submitted for consideration the senate on Friday-Saturday. The voting is likely to take place within the next week. However, as local observers predict, the republican fraction in the upper chamber will resort to delay tactics to delay voting and to give the President freedom for maneuver.
Bush, however, has not commented on acceptance by the congress of the anti war-resolution yet.
