The prime minister of the Great Britain Toni Blair declared that antiterrorist war would, possibly, proceed during a life of one generation, and for gaining a final victory over this war it is necessary to rely on military forces.
Blair has noted that for some decades of its development, the terrorism has started its up roots so deeply, that the struggle against it is likely to proceed during the life of one generation. At the same time he has emphasized, that it is impossible to win terrorism only though military forces, but it also can’t be eliminated without the application of these forces.
Blair has emphasized that the deviation before the threat of terrorism would become a “tragedy” and would lead to the strengthening and development of terrorist forces worldwide.
The Great Britain is on the forward front of antiterrorist war, and before the new face of terrorist threats it is necessary for British armies to take up double peace-making missions and continue its fighting against terrorists.
Blair has mentioned, that after the acts of terrorism on September, 11th, 2001 the World has faced global
safety threats, and in this case, counteraction to these threats, put on “soft” and “firm” forces, would be the only correct choice of British diplomacy.
