British government interrupts all bilateral contacts with Iran, not concerning the release of 15 British seamen who has been kidnapped by the Iranian authorities during the patrolling of the Iraq sea borders.
The British Minister for Foreign Affairs Margaret Beckett has declared this statement in parliament. British Foreign Minister said that anybody should not have doubts concerning that, how much seriously Great Britain concern to these events.
Meanwhile Teheran has declared that in the near future it will release the only-kidnapped woman among the British seamen.
Shortly before this the British Ministry of Defense has promulgated cards and satellite data which, in their opinion, prove, that seamen have been grasped in the Iraq territorial waters, and the distance up to border made 1,7 sea miles. British vice-admiral Charles Style says, that seamen “have got in an ambush” and their capture was “unjustified and erroneous”.
15 seamen from a frigate “Cornwall” have been detained by the Iranian militaries on Friday, when British militaries came back on rubber boats to the ship after the inspection of the Iraq vessel, lead by them in Persian Gulf.
In reply to the Britain’s publication the embassy of Iran in London has declared data, which prove that during detention the British seamen have entered into the Iranian waters on 500 meters distance.
Teheran has objected any charges and said they are assured, that the Iranian and British governments are capable to resolve this question, concerning safety, by means of the close communications and cooperation.
In the meantime London tries to achieve the release of seamen by diplomatic methods. However, while it did not manage even to organize a meeting with kidnapped people and to obtain official data on their exact site.
According to BBC data, seamen are on the basis of the Guards of Islamic revolution in Teheran and they are being humanely treated.
The representatives of the British government say that they have carried on “cautious” negotiations with Iran. However, under the application of the Prime-Minister’s official representative, if such tactics does not bring any positive results, London will take more rigid measures.

India has rejected form USA’s offer to unite their forces in struggle against terrorism

India has refused from the USA’s offer on carrying out of joint secret operations against insurgents of Lashkar-e-Taiba’s (LeT) terrorist grouping, operating in state of Jammu and Kashmir. The refusal has followed in spite of the fact that actions of this organization create the most serious threat to the safety of India.
As it has been published in today’s “Times of India” issue, Indian special services sources explain this decision by reasons of national safety and negative experience from contacts with the American colleagues-professionals.
It has also been emphasized, that refusal of interaction with the prospecting US organizations is caused by fears of probable attempts of Washington to rehire employees of the Indian special services and to make them flight to America. Similar precedents have already taken place in the recent past.
As “Times of India” quote, India and the USA are now far from carrying out of joint operations including penetration into terrorist groupings.
As the Indian newspaper writes, LeT carries out functions of Al-Qaeda’s “representative” in India. Indian and American special services approve that its insurgents are involved in last, to the bloodiest, acts of terrorism in the Indian Territory.
LeT is an extremist grouping and it is considered as the militarized wing of the Pakistan fundamentalist radical organizations.
LeT was established in 1980; however it started its harmful activity in India since 1993. Pakistan experts quote that in the end of 90th, the group was one of the most influential among militarized organizations.
The grouping proclaims the uniting of Moslems all over the world. The majority of its members have experience of operations in Afghanistan.
