The United States of America have directed the third aircraft carrier to region of the Near East. As Naval Forces of the USA have declared, the given decision was accepted with purpose to raise battle readiness of the American armies in this region on a background of growth of intensity in attitudes with Iran, and also for carrying out of some operations in Iraq.
Naval Forces of the USA have informed that nuclear aircraft carrier Enterprise has left Norfolk (Virginia). As it has become known there is 5,5 thousand seamen and sea infantrymen on the sea vessel .
Under the application of command, the aircraft carrier is called to resist offensive, undermining stability and to growing aggressive behavior of some states in region, and also will support the American armies, deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. So, vice-admiral of Naval Forces of USA, the commander of 5-th sea flotilla of the USA has characterized Enterprise’s mission.
It is also known that there are 70 planes and 4 helicopters onboard of aircraft carrier. These air-warships will be used with the purpose of “stabilization” of a situation and maintenance of “safe trading stream”.
Occurrence is equitable in region of one more aircraft carrier to interests of the USA on escalating the armed presence in the Near East. We shall remind, that on May, 23rd, 9 American military ships, including two aircraft carriers, have entered into Persian Gulf. It was the most scale intervention of the American flotilla to Persian Gulf for all time from the beginning of war in Iraq in 2003.
Besides Washington has repeatedly declared about the opportunity of carrying out of military operation against Iran if other ways of the decision of a so-called Iranian nuclear problem will be settled. The USA continues to insist on military character of works, carried out by Islamic Republic on enrichment of uranium. In turn Teheran refuses to curtail the given works in the contest of the program of peace atom.

The president of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has promised to continue to render the military assistance to Iran.
The application of the Belarus leader has been made during the meeting with    Iran’s Defense Minister Brigadier General Mostafa Mohamad-Najjar, who has arrived with official visit to Minsk. According to Lukashenko’s words, cooperation of Minsk with Teheran in military-technical sphere is being at the stage of constant development, and, first of all, due to high technologies.
Alexander Lukashenko has also added that Belarus will execute all the signed contracts with Iran, not having specified, which contracts he meant: arms’ deliveries or other commercial transactions. Official representatives of Minsk have refused to comment this application.
Mostafa Mohamad-Najjar has declared that Belarus occupies special position in foreign policy of Iran. He has also noted that attitudes of Teheran and Minsk are under construction on mutual understanding at a presidential level.
It is worth of mentioning, that earlier, on May, 22nd, 2007, Minsk and Teheran have agreed about development of interaction in oil-and-gas branch. The matter, in particular, concerns creation of oil refining manufactures, development of oil and gas fields, and construction of underground storehouses with participation of the Belarus party in Iran.
Thus Belarus and Iran are substantially cooperating in foreign policy reference points: confrontation from the USA and common interests with Russia. And as the president of Iran has declared, attitudes with Belarus are one of priority directions of foreign policy for Teheran.

Japanese minister has resigned for Hiroshima and Nagasaki

Japanese Defense minister, Fumio Kyuma has paid for the cynical statements in occasion of nuclear bombardment of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Several days ago in his interview to local mass-media Fumio Kyuma has declared, that bombardment of the Japanese cities in August, 1945 was “the inevitable termination of the Second World War”. Moreover, he has added, that he does not hold harm on Americans as their actions have prevented the USSR to grasp Japan.
Already next day Fumio Kyuma, who is also the native of Hiroshima, has been compelled to make public apologies for his words. He has declared that his statement was erroneous, as about 250 thousand peace inhabitants have suffered because of the bombardment.
However, the minister could not have extinguished the scandal. In the result of the criticism from citizens of Japan, who managed to go through bombardment, he ought to apply for resignation.
The nuclear bomb has been dumped to Hiroshima on August, 6th, 1945. Three days later another bomb has been dumped on city Nagasaki. Then barbarous bombardment was explained as the aspiration to deduce Japan from war though actually its main purpose was demonstration of the American weapon of mass destruction to the Soviet management.
Even now bombardment of Hiroshima and Nagasaki remains a unique case of fighting application of the nuclear weapon.

The Great Britain suggests entering new sanctions concerning Iran.
New sanctions provide an interdiction on landing at the foreign airports and call in foreign ports of the Iranian planes and the ships, restriction of their transit and to a frost of means of two more Iranian banks.
These measures are directed on compulsion of Iran to execution of UN Security Council’s resolution, ordering the termination of enrichment of uranium.
It is necessary to remind, that 60 days allocated by a World Community to Iran for turning of the nuclear program, have already expired, nevertheless, Teheran has not only not stopped work on enrichment of uranium, but on the contrary - it has started to force them.
Simultaneously with this authorities of Iran have declared, that can they are reconsidering principles of cooperation with the International atomic agency energy (IAEA) in case of toughening sanctions. According to the ambassador of Iran in IAEA, the country has opportunities to enrich uranium for creation of nuclear fuel. The ambassador has also called world powers to admit this fact instead of trying to stop realization of the nuclear program by means of sanctions as after each resolution of Security Council of the United Nations “precise reaction from Iran” will follow.
Meanwhile, now 73 states have already joined UN Security Council’s sanctions against Iran in connection with its nuclear program.

According to the chapter the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Manouchehr Mottaki, Great Britain supports terrorist groupings in Afghanistan. The given application of the Iranian foreign policy department has followed charges from the prime minister of the Great Britain Tony Blair that Iran supports Afghani terrorist movement “Taliban”.
As the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran has emphasized, T.Blair’s government does not have any justifications to the interventional policy in Near-Eastern region and to constant defeats in Afghanistan and Iraq, therefore, it resorts to so unreasonable charges. Then the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran has added that, carrying out of secret negotiations between representatives of the British command and leaders of the Taliban causes suspicion of that the Great Britain supports carrying out of acts of terrorism in Afghanistan. In M.Mottaki’s opinion, acts of terrorism in Afghanistan play advantage of the justification of policy of the British government. Besides this, M.Mottaki has accused British military men of preparation of terrorists, who carry out acts of terrorism in the south of Iran.
Except for London’s policy in Afghanistan, Iran has ignored all countries of “the big eight “, having scarified their preventions of possible acceptance of new sanctions from UN Security Council for refusal of Iran to stop work on enrichment of uranium. The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran has declared that the application of the countries of “the big eight” contradicts to the will of the international community to resolve the given question by diplomatic negotiations.

The president of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, known for his rigid statements, has declared that in the nearest future the world will become the witness of disappearance of the state Israel.
According to the Iranian leader, last year’s war between Israel and “Hezbollah” grouping on territory of southern Lebanon has shown, that “hegemonies of the Israeli occupational mode the end “has come. Iranian President has emphasized that this war has reckoned last days of Israel.
At the ceremonies, devoted to the 18th anniversary of the death of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, known as the leader of Iran’s 1979 Islamic Revolution, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has declared that “God willing, in the near future we will witness the destruction of the corrupt occupier regime”.

UNO and Iran have not agreed about the nuclear program of Teheran

The UN Supreme commissioner on foreign policy and safety Javier Solana and Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Larijani have not managed to find a way of the decision of the conflict around of the Iranian nuclear problem.
However officials have agreed about carrying out of a new meeting within two weeks. Both participants of today’s negotiations have noted that the meeting has passed in a constructive key. After the meeting Javier Solana has mentioned that sometimes it is impossible to direct some processes to the necessary channel, however the atmosphere of the negotiations remained positive. In turn Ali Larijani has informed, that both parties “have stated some useful ideas” during the meeting.
It is worth of mentioning that despite of readiness for negotiations; Iran does not consider seriously an opportunity of the termination enrichment of uranium. As Ali Larijani has declared earlier, the suspension (enrichment of uranium) is not the decision of a nuclear question of Iran and Teheran cannot go on it.
On the other hand, the state secretary of USA Condoleeza Rice has declared, that she, on the contrary, considers necessary to strengthen pressure upon Iran with the purpose to achieve full curtailing of the nuclear program from it. As the head of foreign policy department of the USA has declared, it would be the big mistake to refuse requirements to Teheran to stop works on enrichment of uranium.
In turn the chapter of the International atomic energy agency (IAEA) Mohammed El Baradei has caused sharp discontent of the USA, having offered the conciliatory proposal of the Iranian nuclear problem. IEAE’s leader has recognized that Teheran has already noticeably promoted in realization of the program of enrichment of uranium, and it is already too late to try to force it to curtail completely all works. Now it is important to not admit, that enrichment of uranium in Iran has reached industrial scales. Some members of UN Council agree with El Baradei. However, the USA and their allies believe that the similar concession to Teheran undermines efforts of the UN Security Council, which requires Iran to agree on complete refusal from the nuclear program.

Present trade and economic relations between Russia and the West, in particular the European countries, are characterized with a strong intensity. Such application has been made by the president of the USA Georges Bush.
George Bush has declared that in the Russian government there are people who doubt of intentions of the USA, and he tries to dispel these doubts. However relations between the West and Russia are characterized with a certain intensity, especially, - attitudes of Russia with the European countries as Russia uses its role of the largest supplier of power resources, and does not suppose the foreign companies, for example, on the home market, as it occurs, for example, to the Polish meat.
The American president has noted that his message to the Russian president Vladimir Putin consists that there is the best output from the developed situation that interests of Russia are in the West and that we should work together and in close cooperation.
Bush has added that V.Putin is assured, that Russia goes on a way to democracy. However, now the given question causes many doubts. Bush has pointed out that he considers that Russia goes on a way to democracy.
Last week the state secretary of USA Condoleeza Rice has lead meetings at the summit in Moscow during which the broad audience of questions including mutual relations of Russia and the USA was discussed. The first vice-premier of the Russian government Sergey Ivanov, making comments on a meeting with C.Rice, has declared that no cold war between Russia and the USA is present.

Iran has decided to take pity of Israel

Today Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Manouchehr Mottaki has commented on a number of scandalous applications of the president of the country Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who has repeatedly called “to erase Israel from a card of the world”.
According to the words of the Iranian Foreign Affairs Minister, no country can be erased from a card and any pupil of an elementary school knows that it is impossible to erase the state from a card and it is obvious. Such application has been made by Manouchehr Mottaki at the press conference in Jordan, having added thus, that Iran is not going to interfere in any country.
For the first time the president of Iran M.Ahmadinejad has acted with such the application in October, 2005 at conference “The World without Zionism” in Teheran, having caused a great world resonance. At that time many countries have apprehended Ahmadinejad’s words as the direct threat to the Jewish state.
However, M. Ahmadinejad has publicly denied the critic of the international community. In the further he has frequently repeated the appeals, declaring, that these were the words of Iranian people. The president of Iran has approved that the West can make any comments, but their reaction has no value.
