German Chancellor Angela Merkel calls to consider the problem on restriction of trade relations between European Union’s countries and Iran as a component of the international sanctions concerning the nuclear program of Teheran.
“Recently Merkel has told that the decision of the Iranian nuclear problem requires combined efforts of the International Community and including obliges Europe and Germany, in particular, to consider ways of the further restriction of trade with Iran.
Merkel’s applications have been made after the chancellor of Germany has visited ranch of the president of the USA Georges Bush in Texas. As she said, leaders of the USA and Germany send to the consent, that the Iranian nuclear question can be solved by diplomatic way.
Visit of the German Chancellor to the USA is quite significant. Merkel became second of Bush’s key European allies, arrived on a visit to the United States last week. Earlier French President has visited the US President.
It is obvious, that thus Bush wishes to get strategic support of Paris and Berlin in carrying out key for Washington at the international decisions among which acceptance of new international sanctions across Iran remains the most important one.
It is worth of mentioning that the USA and UN Security Council ask the Iran for the termination of the program of enrichment of uranium. Washington considers, that the program is directed on creation of the nuclear weapon, Teheran approves, that it pursues exclusively peace purposes. Russia and China, being constant members of Security Council, do not support idea of toughening of sanctions concerning Iran as the international community has no concrete proofs of that the Islamic Republic develops the nuclear weapon.

The commander of North Caucasus Military District, General of the Army Alexander Baranov has declared, that the withdrawal of basic staff and an equipment of the Russian armies from territory of Georgia will be completed not till November, 15th, as it has been mentioned before, but till December, 1st.
According to Baranov’s words, all the military men, who served in territory of republic, are placed and equipped in Russia. Speaking about last events in Georgia, he has noted, that in this connection the commandment of North Caucasus Military District does not provide any special actions.
Meanwhile last military echelon with property of the Russian military base N12 deployed in Batumi, has gone to Russia on November, 8th. 12 units of automobile technics and material property have been taken away.
Let’s remind, according to the agreement from May, 30th, 2005, signed in Moscow by chapters the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and Russia, withdrawal of group of the Russian armies in Transcaucasia, which headquarters is located in Tbilisi, should come to the end up to the end 2008. However, because of an aggravation of Georgian-Russian relations Russian Ministry of Defense has made a decision on a prescheduled withdrawal of Tbilisi garrison.

The president of the USA Georges Bush has named the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (KWP) as terrorist organization. According to the president, the fighting organization of Kurds is the enemy both for Turkey, Iraq, and USA.
Bush offered Erdogan assistance at a level of investigations with the purpose of the prompt termination of Kurds actions in territory Turkey.
The prime minister of Turkey has characterized a meeting with the president of the USA as rather fruitful. Turkish Prime Minister has summed up a meeting as very succesfull.
It has been already the second large diplomatic success of Turkey in struggle against Kurdish radicals for last days. Earlier, on November, 3rd, 2007, at negotiations in Ankara Iraq promised to stop activity of the Kurdish Democratic Party, supporting communications with KWP radicals.
Earlier the Turkish government declared that it is ready to refuse from military operation in Northern Kurdistan in case if this problem will be solved by Iraq government. At the same time last promise of Baghdad to cope with Kurds goes counter with the recognized before impossibility to supervise KWP insurgents, whose bases are basically located in the mountains.
At the same time diplomatic pressure becomes successful. So, on November, 4th, 2007, Kurds have released eight Turkish soldiers, grasped on October, 21st.
Let’s remind, that after the whole series of attacks the parliament of Turkey has accepted the decision on carrying out of special operations in Northern Iraq.

 

The USA will support Turkey in struggle against Kurdish insurgents, whose bases are located in northern part of Iraq. As Associated Press informs, with such application the US state secretary Condoleeza Rice has acted.
Having mentioned, that besides the USA and Turkey will take part in struggle against Iraq insurgents, Rice has told that they have a general opponent, and they will struggle with it together. Thus the main thing, according to the state secretary of the USA, is not to worsen a situation in region.
It is necessary to note, that before the USA and Iraq tried to operate with a method of belief of Kurdish insurgents. In Iraq, in particular, they required, that extremists stopped attacks on Turkish soldiers or have left territory of the country, having, however, received the negative answer from insurgents.
The Turkish government declared that it is ready to refuse from military operation in Kurdistan in case if this problem will be solved by the Iraq government. However, Baghdad recognized that it is not capable to cope with insurgents, whose bases are located in mountains.
After the whole series of insurgents’ attacks the parliament of the country has made a decision on carrying out of special operations in the Northern Iraq. It is expected, that it is transferred on the beginning of November, when Ankara will coordinate the position with Washington.

 

Negotiations are possible, if the American government will change the behavior and the attitude towards Iran. Such application has been made by the president of Islamic Republic Mahmoud Ahmadinejad while making comments on the application of the US President Georges Bush for desire of Washington to carry on negotiations with Iran concerning the Iranian nuclear program.
As it has been said, Iran is ready for negotiations with the USA if Washington will change the policy towards Teheran. The Iranian president has told that they have a right to lay down terms since they started to feel presence of the US nuclear bombs and also people in the American government, operating these bombs.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has emphasized, that Iran is ready to discuss the nuclear program on terms of mutual cooperation, but does not see any sense in discussing the right of Iranian people to use peace atomic energy “.
The Iranian leader has also added that his country is ready for negotiating process with any country of the world, except for Israel.
 

The president of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has declared, that his country has overcome all difficulties on a way to creation of own atomic engineering, and now nobody and nothing can stop his country.
As he said, he declares to all world, that people of Iran has overcome difficult moments. And no force is capable to prevent Iran to achieve all new and new achievements in nuclear sphere.
The application of the Iranian president has sounded 2 days after France has once again called for strengthening sanctions against Teheran because of refusal to curtail the nuclear program.
Let’s remind that on October, 2nd, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of France has called the western countries for introduction of new sanctions against Iran - in spite of the fact that negotiations under the decision of a nuclear problem are being held. As it has been said, the situation in Iran is quite dangerous, and Iran with nuclear arms will even more complicate situation in the Near East. The Minister has noted that while dialogue between Iran and the European countries proceeds, it is necessary to work in parallel on the project of new sanctions.
On September, 28th, 2007, the USA, Russia, China, France, Germany and the Great Britain have agreed to postpone consideration of a question on new sanctions against Iran till November, 2007.

 

 

The president of the USA Georges Bush has called to make Japan one more constant member of UN Security Council, which is having five countries. Bush has told that the USA “are opened to prospect” expansions of Security Council.
Making speech at UN General Assembly meeting, Bush has also emphasized that they consider, that Japan meets all requirements for constant membership in Security Council and that other countries also can be considered as further candidates.
Let’s remind that the question on expansion of Security Council is being discussed within last decade. Germany, Japan, Brazil and India apply for a constant place in Security Council. However, till now this question remains unsolved. It has not been decided yet how many countries may apply for constant membership in Security Council, what countries need to be made constant members and whether they should have a veto right.
Now the UN Security Council includes 5 constant members, possessing veto right: Russia, the USA, the Great Britain, France and China. Ten more members of the United Nations participate in sessions of Security Council on a rotational basis, being replaced by each two years. Meanwhile the significant part of UN members considers, that the Security Council has ceased to be representative, and its politician is dictated by interests of the developed countries.

 
 

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will be present at the opening of UN General Assembly session at New York in the end of September, 2007. The USA will give him the entry visa. It is already known, that official Teheran has also submitted inquiry about entrance to the USA for more than hundreds members of the Iranian delegation.
Despite of Teheran’s of and Washington’s opposition, the USA as the country, in which territory the headquarters of the United Nations is located, give visas to chapters of the foreign states, intending to take part in work of the international organization.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has remained true to his principles and again has offered US President Georges Bush to discuss world problems at the General assembly session. Iranian President has told that he has offered to lead debate and to discuss world problems at representatives of other countries at UN General Assembly General Assembly session.
Iranian president has emphasized that it is a high time to talk about Iraq and other questions. Last year Mahmoud Ahmadinejad also offered Bush to lead debate at UNO’s session; however, White House has named this offer diversion and has refused from it. Having been refused, the Iranian leader has declared, that the USA simply were frightened of logic of the great nation of Iran.
Let’s remind, Washington and Teheran do not support diplomatic relations after Islamic revolution.

 
 

On the occasion of next anniversary on September, 11th, Fidel Castro’s essay has been read on the Cuban TV, in which he has accused the American special services of participation in explosions in Washington and New York.
As he said, US administration intentionally misinformed the public concerning the reasons of acts of terrorism on September, 11th, 2001. Castro has complained that they have been misleading as well as all other people of the world.
According to the Cuban leader, tower-twins of the World shopping center have failed not because of collision of planes, but because of the directed explosion. As to a building of the US Defense Ministry it, in Castro’s opinion, has been attacked by the rocket, instead of the run hijacked plane.
It is necessary to note, that Fidel Castro - is not the first leader acting with similar charges. Earlier His friend Hugo Chavez has also given the version about the participation of US special services in acts of terrorism on September, 11th.
The report made by independent group of the American engineers and architects could also became an occasion for similar charges. Having studied circumstances of explosions at the World shopping center, they have come to conclusion that buildings could not fall because of plane attacks. In their opinion, skyscrapers have been mined.
It is interesting, that on September, 11th, 2001 Cuba has officially condemned acts of terrorism in New York and Washington and has expressed solidarity with US citizens.
 

Russia plans to give to Palestine 50 armored troop-carriers for maintenance of legality and order on Western bank of Jordan. The first deputy minister of foreign affairs of the Russian Federation has informed on it upon termination of negotiations in the Kremlin between the president of Russia Vladimir Putin and the chapter of Palestinian national administration Mahmoud Abbas.
As it has become known, Russia will also send the humanitarian help to the Palestine.
During final negotiations between Putin and Abbas the Russian authorities have declared about the basic support of Fatah’s chapter as the lawful leader of Palestinian people. The president of Russia has expressed confidence, that M.Abbas will do everything for restoration of Palestinian people unity.
Chapter of Palestinian autonomy has arrived to Moscow with three-day working visit on July, 29th. On the eve he has met with Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
Russia has recently developed active intermediary activity on settlement of the conflict between PNA authorities and Hamas. The given position of Moscow meets support from both participants of the conflict.
