The number of refugees inside of Iraq has reached two millions

In the end of August, 2007, has reached record figure in 2 million person Number of the Iraqis, compelled because of incessant violence over the country to leave their houses and to search for refuges in special camps or mosques.
International humanitarian organizations name so mass outcome of the population as “unprecedented humanitarian tragedy in the history of Iraq”.
In comparison with July, 2007, the number of displaced persons in Iraq has increased on 71,1 %. Thus, now most of all refugees are concentrated in Baghdad and its vicinities in proportion one million of immigrants to four million capital inhabitants.
The problem of immigrants from Iraq in neighboring countries and in the countries of the Europe completes the problem of “internal refugees”. The number of such emigrants from the moment of the beginning of the American antiIraq campaign (in 2003) has exceeded two million people. Now in the Syria, Iraq’s neighbor, 1,4 million people are the refugees from Iraq and  in Jordan this number deviates from 500 up to 750 thousand people.
UN Security Council cannot explain the reasons of so prompt growth of number of the compelled immigrants in Iraq in terms, when the Iraq and American militarians declare the serious successes, reached in struggle against illegal armed formations, and also in realization of the plan on normalization of safety measures in the Iraq capital.
Thus UN Security Council call the international community, and in particular, the Arabian countries to provide the maximal help in solving the problem of Iraq refugees and rendering assistance to the compelled immigrants. More than 77 % of refugees are women, children and old men; the majority of them live below the breadline, shortages of the foodstuffs and medicines.

Al-Qaeda has called for terror

As it has become known, Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, leader of the self-styled Islamic State in Iraq, has called Islamites to make attacks against the American armies even during Ramadan. Abu Omar al-Baghdadi has told that he is proud to inform, that from the beginning of Ramadan the offensive operation has started.
The terrorist has promised, that operation will be prolonged till October, 12th, 2007. Thus Abu Omar al-Baghdadi has assured that attacks will not be directed against Iraqis and not even against those, who cooperated with the USA.
Traditionally Ramadan is considered at Moslems as month of a post and performance of the important religious traditions. However, participants of sacred war against faithless - Islamic Jihad (as well as a number of other categories of believers) are released from observance of usual instructions with a condition of their “working off” in the further.
Meanwhile during today’s special action the American soldiers have killed 14 Al-Qaeda’s insurgents. Nine extremists have been killed in result of air attack near in 250 km to the north from Baghdad. Four more have been killed during firing in 90 km to the north from the Iraq capital. One insurgent has been killed during firing in northern part of Iraq. Besides during operations 17 extremists have been detained.
Despite of periodic successes of the American militarians, in the whole the situation in the country still remains unsteady. The Iraq cities remind rather fields of battles, than peace settlements. So, today in Baghdad 8 people have been killed and 15 people were wounded in result of the terrorist’s attack. The terrorist has undermined him, having approached to a police station on the car filled by an explosive. The incident has occurred near the market in area Amil. On preliminary data, all victims are the peace inhabitants.

Pakistan has lead tests of the missiles, capable to transfer a nuclear charge. Representatives of armed forces of the country have informed on it today.
As they said, tests of missiles Babur (Hatf VII), which are having range of flight of 700 km, have passed successfully.  As it has been spoken in the application of the Ministry of Defense of Pakistan, tests will allow strengthening safety of the country.
The president of the country has already congratulated the scientists, who participated in development and realization of the project.
It is obvious, that the purpose of the tests, lead on Thursday, relied in demonstration of military power of Pakistan to India which, by the way, also possesses the nuclear weapon. Experts mark, that the range of flight of a rocket, declared by Islamabad (700 kilometers) - is the distance from the Pakistan border up to Delhi - the capital of India.
Thus serious fears are caused by sharp activization of the extremist groupings, acting for “clearing” a province Kashmir of the Indian armies. During the last weeks insurgents have attacked the columns of the Pakistan army for several times, receiving rigid rebuff. In particular, in the beginning of week soldiers managed to surround the leader of a local cell of a grouping “Taliban”, who has undermined him by means of manual pomegranates.

American investigation is assured that international terrorist network “Al-Qaeda” actively acts the north of Pakistan. As CIA’s deputy director for intelligence, John Kringen, addressing to committee on armed forces of the US House of Representatives, has informed, all the facts specify that the network has become stronger in uncontrollable parts of Pakistan. It is possible to see strengthening trainings of insurgents and it is more than money, more than negotiations.
He has also stressed that sooner or later, but they (USA) should force them (Al-Qaeda) feel restlessly in this region. When it will be possible, Al-Qaeda will start to find out, who informed US Armed Forces and it is necessary to force Al-Qaeda to be afraid of those who can come and exterminate them.
Meanwhile “Al-Qaeda” has acted with the next aggressive appeal. One of terrorist network’s leaders has called Moslems to revenge Pakistan for murder of Islamites in the Red mosque in Islamabad.
It is worth of mentioning that during the storm of the Red mosque in Islamabad 73 insurgents has been destroyed. Supporters of the Pakistan Islamites’ leader - students of religious educational institutions - have been supervising the Red mosque for some months. On official data, during the conflict (prior to the beginning of storm) 20 people were killed, more than 100 - have received wounds. To the beginning of storm of authority had the information, that there was about 150 hostages in the building, however, they did not change the position concerning to negotiations with insurgents. Officials invariably rejected any conditions which were put forward or could be put forward by the extremists.

“Hamas” is not expecting for fair policy from Tony Blair

The Palestinian radical movement “Hamas” has negatively estimated the decision of “quartet” of the international intermediaries on Near-Eastern settlement to appoint the former prime minister of the Great Britain Tony Blair their representative in the Near East.
As the “Hamas”’s official mass-media representative has quoted, they do not expect, that Tony Blair will lead fair policy and fairly to consider the questions, concerning the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and other Arabian states. In his opinion, Tony Blair (in view of “his” basic problems) will choose the proIsraeli position.
In the meantime authorities of Israel welcomed new purpose of the British ex-prime-minister, explaining this as the fact that they consider, that Tony Blair perfectly understands Near-Eastern situation, understands it from within and will render the extremely positive influence on peace-making process in region. And the prime minister of Israel E.Olmert has named Tony Blair as “the true friend” of Israelis and Palestinians.
Unlike “Hamas”’s position, representatives of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas welcomed Tony Blair’s as the representative from “quartet” in the Near East, considering, that Blair can renew political process between Palestine and Israel.
