Act of terrorism in the Israeli shopping center

Three people are killed and five people have received wounds in result of explosion, which has occurred today in shopping center in Israel. The explosive has worked in the south of the country (Dimona).
The reasons and circumstances of incident are being investigated. On preliminary data, act of terrorism has been carried out by the terrorist-condemned man.
At the same time, under messages of the Israeli mass-media, two terrorists-condemned men took part in act of terrorism, however, the second bomb (on preliminary data) has not worked. According to this information, one of terrorists has been shot by the policeman before the explosion.
Now rescuers, police and machines of first aid have arrived to the place of incident. It is worth of mentioning that nuclear reactor is located in the city Dimona, however, the incident has occurred in other part of city.
Later The Fatah Al Aksa Martyrs Brigade claimed the responsibility for the attack. It is expected, that later the grouping will inform other details of the incident.
 


Acts of terrorism in the Baghdad markets: more than 140 victims

Today the act of terrorism has occurred at two bird’s markets in Baghdad, therefore nearby 50 people were killed.
Today the bomb has blown up at Baghdad bird’s market, having killed, at least, 43 peace citizens and having wounded nearby 78 people.
Explosion has occurred nearby 10:20 on local time, when the market was full of buyers.
This crowded the market already some times became the purpose of terrorists since war in Iraq has begun.
So, in November of the last year the bomb, hidden in cage with small birdies, has blown up, therefore, at least, 15 people were killed and tens were wounded.
20 minutes later the explosion at other bird’s market (in a southeast of Baghdad) has occurred, having killed 8 people and 14 people were wounded.
  


Turkish armies have left northern Iraq

Turkish armies have left territory of northern Iraq. It occurred less than in 24 hours after the next intervention.
Nearby 300 military men have intruded in Iraq in the evening on December, 17th and have promoted deep into the countries on some kilometers. The decision on intrusion was accepted after detection Kurdish Working Party insurgents, who tried to get into the territory of Turkey.
Under statements of Turkish militaries, during operation the significant loss has been caused to Kurdish insurgents. However, nothing is informed on exact losses of insurgents. Militaries have only specified, that during ground operation and an air strike peace inhabitants have not suffered and any other messages should be regarded as disinformation.
At night on December, 16th, the Turkish army forces of tens warplanes at support of heavy artillery has put a series of attacks on Kurdish Working Party’s prospective positions in northern areas of Iraq.
In this connection the Iraq authorities have declared, that attacks have fallen to peace villages therefore the woman was killed and some hundreds inhabitants have been compelled to leave the houses as peace villages have undergone to bombardment.
Hardly later the Turkish government has addressed to Kurdish insurgents with the requirement to combine the weapon, having promised otherwise to continue military operations.
 


Forty Tamil Tiger rebels were killed in the north of Sri Lanka

As it has become known, thirty-five Tamil Tiger rebels and six government troops were killed in fights with the governmental army of Sri Lanka in the north of the country.
The fierce operations occurred in district Mannar in Jaffna peninsula, where Sri Lanka soldiers have started operation on approaching to the strengthened of Tamil defense line.
According to military representatives, formations of “tigers” have made an attempt to beat off the territory, occupied by armies, but attacks have been beaten off by all of them. Losses among military men have made six person killed and twenty wounded.
Within last seven days 64 Tamil Tiger rebels have been liquidated. The purpose of operations relies in restoration of their control over areas, at which Tamil Tigers have proclaimed creation the independent state.
When these formations have been superseded from east regions of Sri Lanka, they managed to remain the only jumping-off place of separatists on they island.
Active operations are conducted, despite of the agreement of the contradictory parties. Since 2006 5 thousand people have been killed in Sri Lanka conflicts. The general number of victims of civil war has exceeded 70 thousand people.
 


One of Al-Qaeda’s leaders has been arrested in Algeria

The leader of international terrorist network Al-Qaeda has been arrested in Maghreb (Algeria). Bouderbala Fateh, also known as Abdelfatah Abu Bassir, headed the largest terrorist grouping in region.
During detention of the criminal police has found 800 kg of explosives, a rocket, 20 detonating devices and two school backpacks.
Fateh has been arrested together with two colleagues during special action of the Algerian special services with the help of local residents.
Earlier Algiers section of the al Qaeda Organization in the Islamic Maghreb carried the name “Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC). The grouping has changed the name in January 2007, after it has declared about it joining to the international terrorist network.
Let’s remind that in the summer, 2007, Algerian authorities managed to destroy one of leaders of Islamites in region, who was the military adviser of the leader of al Qaeda Organization in the Islamic Maghreb.
The fierce struggle of the extremist organizations against the Algerian authorities started in 1992, when results of parliamentary elections, at which the confident victory was gained by Islamites, have been cancelled. Maghreb is the region in the north of Africa, including Mauritania, Morocco, Algeria, Tunis and Libya.
 


Iran is ready to attack the aggressor with 11 thousand rockets

Iran is ready to launch 11 thousand rockets on enemy bases within the first minute after an attack of the potential enemy. Such application has been made by the head of rocket division of the country.
It has been also mentioned, that the Iranian armed forces are informed on a site of all positions of the potential opponent and in case of attack are ready to answer less than in a minute. Thus it has been named neither concrete bases, nor concrete opponents.
Earlier the president of the USA Georges Bush declared, that the USA work above the salvation of Iranian “nuclear problem” by diplomatic way, however, they do not also exclude other variants of this situation. One of these days it has been noted, that reception of the nuclear weapon by Iran threatens with the third world war.
Loud applications of the American leader surprise nobody. The USA persistently requires the World Community to take the most severe measures across Iran.  Such politicy across Iran has been explained by refusal of Teheran to curtail the nuclear program directed, in opinion of the United States, on creation of the weapon of mass defeat.
Earlier the American mass-media have informed that the administration of the US president discusses plans of possible bombing attack across Iran.


Turkish parliament has approved intervention into Iraq

Today the Turkish parliament has approved inquiry of the government of the country on intervention into the territory of Iraq for carrying out of the campaign directed against Kurdish separatists. The given decision was accepted by the majority of voices. Nevertheless, the decision of parliament does not mean the immediate beginning of operation.
On the eve the prime minister of Turkey has declared the “sincere desire that this step has been never made”, having emphasized, that the sanction to intervention does not mean, that it will follow immediately.
In some days Iraq will direct to Turkey delegation of politicians and representatives of power structures for discussion of the developed situation on the Turkish-Iraq border. Official Baghdad is ready to counteract terrorists from the Kurdish working party and to stop their activity against Turkey.
Deterioration of state on the Turkish-Iraq border has begun several days ago. Kurdish insurgents have killed up to two tens Turkish militarians, having untied, thus, hands to Ankara. On October, 14th the Turkish artillery has fired at village in the north of Iraq.


US soldiers: war in Iraq has turned into the nightmare

Retired Lieutenant General Ricardo Sanchez criticizes operation of the USA in Iraq. The former commander quotes that it is obvious that America experiences a nightmare, the end to which it is not visible.
In opinion of the former commander, the reason of such position relies in political miscalculations after Saddam Hussein’s overthrow and Americans’ proceeding mistakes.
Ricardo Sanchez has named last strategic decisions of the Pentagon across Iraq, including, sending additional 30 thousand military men, as desperate attempt to correct for the erroneous policy of many years.
Thus he has refrained from charges to address of any concrete politician or department, having noted, that the USA do not have other way out but to continue their military presence there.
Let’s remind that Sanchez has left a post ordering armed forces of the USA in Iraq in July 2004. Since then he is engaged in consultation of command representatives in Iraq. According to some information, his resignation has been connected with scandal around of mockeries above captives. Nevertheless, according to the Pentagon’ official version, his leaving has no relation to this business. According to conclusions of the special commission, Sanchez has been recognized innocent in abusing, however bears the responsibility for them.
Heavy position in the country admits also the Iraq party. As the prime minister of Iraq has declared recently, achievement of stability in the country is a long process, which in general can never come to the end if to not stop an illegal stream of the weapon and money, and also distribution of terrorism and extremism to the country. He has also added that continuation of violence over the country will have “catastrophic consequences” for the world.

 


Pakistan: 70 talibs are killed

In result of two fights in northwest of Pakistan 50 insurgents and 20 soldiers of the governmental armies were killed. Such information has been given by Associated Press, referring to the Pakistan militarians.
Both collisions have occurred in the northwest of the country in a province North Waziristan on border to Afghanistan, which part is supervised by movement “Taliban”.
In the first case the governmental armies attacked insurgents in reply to a night attack. 30 insurgents and 10 soldiers of the governmental armies have been killed, 15 soldiers of the governmental armies have been wounded.
Later, insurgents attacked an escort of the governmental armies. In result of a fight proceeded all the day long, 20 insurgents and 10 soldiers were killed, 12 soldiers were wounded.

 

 

 

 


Large act of terrorism in Afghanistan

Twenty people became the victims of the act of terrorism accomplished today in Kabul. As the official representative of the Afghani Ministry of Internal Affairs has declared, in the bus the terrorist has caused suspicions in one of officers, who have blocked him an entrance inside. However, ignoring preventions, the condemned man has tried to get into the bus after what fire on defeat has been opened.
Despite of the received wounds the terrorist has, nevertheless, managed to arrange powerful explosive. In result of explosion the bus practically has been completely destroyed - a blast wave has taken down a roof and has torn off its forward part. The serious damage is put to the buildings located nearby the place of incident. Three children and two women are among the victims. The responsibility for an attack was already incurred with movement “Taliban”.
According to its representatives, the 21-year-old native of a province Helmand in the south of the country was the executor of this act of terrorism.
Attacks of insurgents have considerably become frequent. So, on last Saturday one of the largest acts of terrorism in Kabul has carried away lives of 30 people.
