Acts of terrorism in capital of Algeria: 30 victims

Powerful explosions have thundered in capital of Algeria. One of incidents has occurred near the residence of the head of the government and the Minister for Foreign Affairs of this North African state, the second one - in area of the international airport.
About 30 people have been killed in result of acts of terrorism in Algeria. The information on victims has been offered by the local hospitals of the city, where the victims have delivered. As it has become known, some employees of governmental body of Algeria are among the victims.
Earlier, official sources informed about 17 victims and 82 wounded men.
Algerian Prime Minister Abdelaziz Belkhamed has not been injured in the result of terrorist attack. He has condemned acts of terrorism and has named them as a “cowardly and criminal trick”.
The reason of explosion at office buildings in the center of Algeria is still unknown. On one of versions says that the mined car has exploded. It is not also clear what are the circumstances of the second explosion, which has occurred at the police station in the east of the city, in area of the international airport.
It is necessary to note, that the situation in Algeria is far from stable. The war against the central government is being held by groupings, requiring the foundation of the Islamic state. By various estimations, the conflicts are taking place since 1992, when the militarians have not admitted fundamentalists to authority. In general, more than 200 thousand people have been killed in result of various conflicts and terrorist acts.
