Bush has accused Chavez of complicity to terrorists
US president Georges Bush has accused the President of Venezuela Hugo Chavez of support of the Colombian terrorists. Besides, the American President has called the Congress to approve the agreement on free trade with Colombia. Bush has declared, that the President of Venezuela positively responds about the leader of a terrorist grouping FARC and has reproached Chavez that he has directed armies to the Colombian border.
Earlier this week the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Venezuela has informed that Caracas restores diplomatic relations with Colombia after week crisis, which has hardly poured out in the military conflict between two neighbors.
Earlier at the South American summit Ecuador, Venezuela and Colombia have signed the declaration on the diplomatic crisis termination. In the document, which was signed by leaders of 20 countries of region, it is marked, that Colombian president Alvare Uribe has apologized for infringement of border of Ecuador during special action against insurgents from FARC. Presidents of Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador have shaken each others hands, having marked the termination of one of the most complex for last years diplomatic crises in region.
