USA will be fenced off from Mexico by “virtual border”

USA have developed “virtual border” by means of which the American authorities hope to stop a stream of illegal migrants from Mexico.
“The virtual wall” has been constructed by company Boeing Co on a site of border of Arizona state and Mexico. The project has managed to Washington in 20 million dollars
“The virtual wall” is a set of 30-meter observant towers, equipped by last word of techniques: radar, sensor movement controls and the special chambers, capable to define type of observable object on distance up to 16 kilometers.
The software allows system to define automatically quantity the person in mass congestions of migrants and to reveal presence of the weapon or drugs.
It was planned, that “the virtual wall” would start to function in second half of 2007; however, it has been postponed because of problems with the software.
As the American authorities inform, “the virtual wall” will not replace a physical wall, which is planned to be built on a greater part of the American-Mexican border, and will serve as its addition.
