In Italy the criminal, who has grasped a kindergarten, has surrendered and has released all hostages. Anybody from hostages has not suffered.
The criminal armed, by a writing knife, has grasped in hostages of 11 children and one tutor and barricaded in a building of a kindergarten. The man has declared that he has become a victim to suit and has required inviting journalists. Later the criminal has released five children, and then the remained six and the tutor, having surrendered in hands of police.
Unfortunately, cases of capture in hostages of children have become frequent. Similar case has occurred recently in Pakistan, where the insurgents, who have rushed school in northwest of the country, kept about 250 pupils and teachers.
In result of negotiations insurgents have agreed to surrender to elders of tribes, who took part in negotiations about hostages’ release. The police has removed a cordon and has departed from a building and then children and the teacher have started to leave school.
