“Hamas” has offered Israel “to pay” for armistice
Radical grouping “Hamas” is ready to armistice with Israel in case of stopping attacks on Gaza Strip and the termination of blockade.
The offer foresees that insurgents of “Hamas” will stop rocket bombardments of the Jewish state, and Israel will stop the begun ground military operation in Gaza Strip.
The document has been transferred by “Hamas” to the Israeli authorities on December, 20th. Officially Israel does not conduct direct negotiations with the Palestinian radicals therefore offers have been delivered through the Egyptian intermediaries.
“Hamas”’s propensity to peace initiatives is connected with vigorous actions of Israel against insurgents. For last week about 20 active workers of the Islamic radical organizations in Gaza were killed in result of aviaimpacts and overland operations, lead by the Israeli militaries. And on December, 11th, Israeli tanks have entered into southern areas of Gaza Strip.
