Possible sanctions include a number of measures: from financing and investments freezing - before embargo on weapon delivery and possible restrictions on trade in oil.
Mukherjee has also added that he would address to the EU countries-members to discuss possible EU’s sanctions against Iran at a following meeting of Ministers for Foreign Affairs on October, 15th, 2007.
The UN Security Council has already accepted resolutions on sanctions concerning Iran in connection with refusal to suspend enrichment of uranium. USA acted as basic initiator of resolutions, accusing Teheran in development of the nuclear weapon under covering of the program of “peace atom”.
