Suicide bomber with 12 kg of explosive is detained in Turkey. According to the messages of local mass-media, the woman has been detained in Adana (in the south of the country) at the attempt of disappearing by flight on the car.
The police has found 12,3 kg of the explosives, two manual pomegranates and 12 detonators were revealed in a bag of the arrested person. Besides, the police has detained the man, suspected in preparing of act of terrorism. Investigation is being conducted.
Now the police of Turkey are in full readiness. The search actions, directed on search and revealing of terrorists are being carried out. It is worth of mentioning that, according to all available information, the number of wounded men in result of yesterday’s act of terrorism has made 91 (6 people have died).
Sources in police have informed that the explosion, occurred on May, 22nd near the trading complex of Ankara has been made with application of a plastic explosive. Usually such devices are used by Kurdish separatists.
Authorities have already managed to establish the person of the condemned man: it is 28-year-old Guven Akkus. Now it is being found out, whether he has been connected with Kurdish working party.
