Ahmadinejad has invited Bush to direct negotiations

According to the Associated Press referring to Iranian satellite telechannel Al-Alam Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadinejad has offered the US President Georges Bush to carry on direct negotiations.
Mahmud Ahmadinejad has noted that last year he has declared his readiness for television debate with Georges Bush on universal questions, and now he is ready to carry on bilateral negotiations with Bush. The Iranian president said that he is even ready to discuss regional and international problems.
The Iranian leader has not specified, what exactly he would like to discuss with the president of the USA, however he has told, that the negotiations should pass at mass media presence.
While Bush’s opposition, concerning Iran remains rigid. Recently the American President has emphasized that Iran is a serious problem and this country should be considered as the country, wishing to possess nuclear weapon.
However, according to Bush, Iran is guilty not only that it expects to get the nuclear weapon. Iran aspires to influence inside of Iraq, delivering there the weapon and setting panic among people. Bush has also added, the government of Iraq should not depend on Iran’s policy.
Teheran declares that its nuclear program is directed exclusively on satisfaction of power needs of the country.
