Experts: US government has not come closer to leaving Iraq

For the whole year the United States, owing to weak political progress in Iraq, did not manage to come nearer to opportunity of withdrawal troops from this country. Such conclusion has been made by the experts of the American Institute in their new report on situation in Iraq.
As they say in the report of the organization published on April, 6th, political progress in Iraq passes so slowly and superficially, and social and political dissociation in the country is designated so precisely, that the United States at the moment as are far from realization of the purpose completely to disengage armies from Iraq, as well as one year ago.
Experts from Washington Institute mark, that the central Iraq government still does not function as a unit authority; mutual distrust of political leaders of the country remains significant, and key bills though pass through parliament, are not put in action. In experts’ opinion, the governmental armed forces have become stronger, but they unable to support stability in the country independently.
In the report prospects of reduction of the American military presence at Iraq are also considered. One of variants assumes that scales of support of the Iraq authorities from Washington should be defined by success of performance of the certain political problems of the Iraq government.
